Luxury Villa Mikula is one comfortable dalmatian house consist on 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroms, swimming pool – and is suitable accommodation for 8 people.
Luxury Villa Mikula is air-conditioned ( each floor have one AC) with SAT TV and free Wi-Fi internet.Kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, hood, cooker, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine, kettler, dishwasher.
This holiday house have also to use one washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, garden furniture, yard chairs.
Outside is main point swimming pool ( cca 45 m2), surrounded by a sundeck with deck chairs. The sun deck offers a breathtaking sea view and is surrounded by rich vegetation, such as pine trees, vines and other Mediterranean plants. Behind pool you can find also one outside garden shower, like barbecue. Private parking space for minimum 3 cars .
On the ground floor of Villa There is fully equipped kitchen, dining part, one unique living room with piano and fireplace and 2 spacious bedrooms ( both with double beds, one dimensions 180×200, another 140×200 cm) and 1 bathroom with toilet and shower, like washing machine.
On the first floor of Villa. The first floor is just for sleeping . Two bedrooms (each with twin beds) . One bedroom have private balcony with view to sea and habour.
Intermediateyou can find big central shared bathroom with toilet and shower.
