Apartment 1 is located on 2nd Floor, Apartment 2 is located on 1st floor.
Both apartments use together swimming pool and garden area.
New modern apartment with 2 separate room (one with double bed, another with 2 separate beds, can be also double bed).
Third beddroom is not for sleeping, this room is to use as storage.
Kitchen with all modern equipment (fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine).
Living room ( ca. 20 m2) have SAT TV , connected with beautiful balcony ca 18 m2 with magnific view to harbour of Maslinica , Heritage Hotel Martinis Marchi and little island.
Apartment have also 2 bathrooms (one is in the larger bedroom, and another one is in the hall).
As modern apartment have also Air Condition, like Wi-Fi Internet.
